On June 28, 2024, the company announced the unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2024 for the 1st time due to the attendance rate: 32.50% (equivalent to 16,249,563 shares) of total voting shares. The 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 did not meet the percentage of 50% attending shares according to Article 145 of the Law on Enterprises.
