- Effective date: 08/07/2024
- Reason: The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2024 over 6 months from the end of the fiscal year
- Other reason: The Company infringed on the information disclosure obligations over 4 times per year
- Applicable law(s): Point d Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
