MTA: Notice of stock status

On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Joint Stock Corporation’s shares (stock code: MTA) as follows:
- MTA shares are put on continued alert according to Decision No.751/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason(s) the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders when the fiscal year ends according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Points a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
