HU3: Notice of stock status

On 09/07/2024, HNX announces the status of HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: HU3) as follows:
- HU3 shares are being put on alert due to the reasons the company has not yet held the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year; The auditing organization gives an qualified opinion on annual financial statements for 3 consecutive years or more at point a, b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
