X26: Decision on being put on alert

Following Decision No. 743/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the X26 stock will be put under alert as follow:
- Reason: the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Effective date: 15/7/2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under alert, 26 Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
