CT3: Notice of stock status

On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Project 3 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: CT3) as follows:
- CT3 shares are put on alert according to Decision No.742/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason(s) the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders when the fiscal year ends according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed at Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
