          - Exercise rate: 12% (shareholders receive 12 new shares for every 100 shares owned)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be disposed of.
Example: At the record date, Mr. Nguyen Van A owns 234 shares. The number of shares paid to Mr. A as dividend is (234 x 12/100) = 28.08. As a result, the number of share paid to Mr. A is 28 while the 0.08 fraction is disposed of.
