SBB: Notice of stock status

On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of SaiGon Binh Tay Beer Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (Upcom: SBB) as follows:
SBB shares are put under alert from July 15, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
