SD6: Shares could be delisted

On 10/7/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: SD6 shares of Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP because The result of business and production has been negative for 3 consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023). Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider mandatory delisting of these shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
