     * Dividend payment by share to existing shareholders: 
          - Exercise rate: 10:2 (shareholders owning 10 shares are entitled to receive 02 new shares) 
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
Example: At the record date, shareholder A owning 186 shares are entitled to receive 186*2/10 = 37,2 shares. According to rounding method, 0,2 shares will be removed.

               + For undeposited shares: shareholders implement procedures to receive dividends at the office of Vietnam Medicinal Materials JSC: No. 139 Hong Tien street, Bo De ward, Long Bien district, Ha Noi city (on working days) and present ID card or citizen identification. 
             + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
