     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Payment form: Pay dividends in cash 2023
          - Exercise rate: 20%/share (shareholder will receive VND2,000 for each share they own)
          - Exercise date: 26/08/2024
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Long Khanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company on working days from 26/08/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
Note:
When shareholders come to receive dividends in cash, they must bring:
+ For shareholders being organizations: Share ownership certificate book, introduction letter of the organization and Identification Card/Citizen Identification Card of the person coming to receive dividends.
+ For individual shareholders: Share ownership certificate and Identification Card/Citizen Identification Card of the person receiving dividends. If authorized by shareholders to receive, there must be a valid power of attorney (confirmed by local authorities).
