DVG: Shares could be delisted

On 16/7/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: DVG shares of Dai Viet Paint Group Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP because the auditor gives a disclaimer of opition for Seperated and Consolidated FS 2023 of the company. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider mandatory delisting of these shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 05 days from this notice.
