1. Payment of 2023 Stock Dividend

- Payment rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: at the record date, shareholder A who owns 588 shares is entitled to receive (588:10) x 1 = 58.8 shares. According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will only receive 58 shares and the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at VIX Securities Joint Stock Company, level 22, no.52 Le Dai Hanh strett, Le Dai Hanh ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.

2. Share issuance by increasing share capital from owners' equity
- Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own);

- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: shareholder A who owns 588 shares is entitled to receive 58.8 shares ((588 : 10) x 1= 58.8). According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will only receive 58 shares and the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:

- Number of shares for offer: 635,972,488 shares
- Issue price: 10,000 VND/share

- Execution rate: 100:95 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 95 new shares for every 100 rights).

- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares, unsubscribed shares (if any)
+ The number of shares additionally offered to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure the number of distributed shares not exceeding the number of offered shares.

+ The fractional shares due to rounding and undistributed shares because shareholders do not subscribe or make payment will be offered by the Board of Directors (BOD) to other investors (including existing shareholders wishing to raise share ownership) at the price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders. The criteria and list of investors entitled to buy those shares are decided by the BOD under the authorization of the General meeting.

+ In case the time for distribution of shares expires as prescribed by law (including the extension period, if any) but the shares have not been fully distributed, these undistributed shares shall be removed and the BOD shall make decision to close the offering. The company increases capital according to the actual amount of capital contributed by shareholders and investors.

- Example: On record date, Shareholder A who owns 568 shares is entitled to buy (588:100)x95=558.6 shares, rounded down to 558 shares.

- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 09/08/2024 to 26/08/2024.
+ Purchase right can be transferred once only (transferee is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party)
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 09/08/2024 to 30/08/2024
Transfer restriction:
+ Shares offered to existing shareholders and transferre of rights from existing shareholders are not subject to transfer restriction.
+ Undistributed shares (including fractional shares) upon offering to other shareholders/investors are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at VIX Securities Joint Stock Company, level 22, no.52 Le Dai hanh street, Le Dai hanh ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. ID cards have to presented.

Schedule of processing right issue by Depository member is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 05/08/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
