HLY: Notice of stock status

On 02/08/2024, HNX announces the status of Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HLY) as follows: HLY shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has negative equity in its reviewed 2024 semi-annual financial statements at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
