DVG: Transferring registration, depository data of DVG shares from HNX to UPCOM

- Total number of registered securities: 28,000,000 shares
- Total value of registered securities: 280,000,000,000 VND
From 28/08/2024, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of DVG shares from HNX to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of Dai Viet DVG Group Joint Stock Company are delisted in accordance with Decision no.857/QĐ-SGDHN dated 01/08/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange but are not cancelled the status of a public company registered for trading on UPCOM by the SSC in accordance with Article 133 of Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government.
