* Decision on stock under trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 866/QD-SGDHN dated 08/08/2024, HNX announces the stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: HTP
- Effective date: 09/8/2024
- Reason: the company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2023 (over 45 days since due date).
- Time of trading restriction: Only trading on weekly Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point b, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
