NSL: Cancellation of the list of shareholders cancelling the list of shareholders for the 1st 2024 Extraordinary general meeting

Pursuant to the notice no. 527/TB-TCT dated 06/08/2024 of Son La Water Supply Joint - Stock Company (securities code: NSL) on cancelling the list of shareholders for First 2024 Extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for First 2024 Extraordinary general meeting, the record date 29/07/2024 in accordance with Notice no.2852/TB-VSDC dated 08/07/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Postponing the 1st 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting according to Resolution No. 28/2024/NQ-HĐQT dated 04/07/2024 because the Company has not yet completed all relevant procedures to organize the meeting. The  meeting time will be announced by later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
