PXM: Decision on continued trading restriction & Notice of stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 887/QD-SGDHN dated August 15, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PXM stock as follows:
- Ground: Reviewed Financial Statement 2024
- Reason: The Company recorded negative owner's equity in the Reviewed Financial Statement 2024;
- Other reasons: the auditor had adverse opinion on Financial Statement 2023;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable laws: Points a, c Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Mien Trung Petroleum Construction JSC shall send a document to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 160/QD-SGDHN dated March 25, 2024.

PXM shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 887/QD-SGDHN dated July 25, 2024 for the following reasons: The Company recorded negative owner's equity in the Reviewed Financial Statement 2024; the auditor had adverse opinion on Financial Statement 2023 according to Point a, c, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
