- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 16/08/2024
- Ms. Pecastaing Pierre Tatiana has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 16/08/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tu has been appointed General Manager cum Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 16/08/2024
- Mr. Duong Thanh Danh Francois has been appointed Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 16/08/2024
