•        Reason: The Company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024

On August 20, 2024, HNX announces the status of G Saigon Education Joint Stock Company’s shares (Upcom: SSF) as follows:
- SSF shares are out of alert from August 26, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 according to Point b, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- SSF shares are under trading restriction following Decision No. 347/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024 due to the company has negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2023; the Company has stopped the main production and business activities for more than 1 year; according to Point a, đ Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
