NOS: Decision on the stock remains under trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 918/QD-SGDHN dated August 21, 2024, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Oriental Shipping and Trading Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: NOS
- Base of review: Reviewed Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: the company had negative owner equity in the Reviewed Financial Statement 2024
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, NOS must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.147/GD-SGDHN dated 21/03/2024

Notice of stock status

On August 21, 2024, HNX announces the status of Oriental Shipping and Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NOS) as follows:
NOS shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 918/QD-SGDHN dated 21/08/2024 due to the company had negative owner equity in the Reviewed Financial Statement 2024 according to the  provision at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
NOS shares are under alert following the Decision 148/QD-SGDHN dated 21/03/2024 due to the auditor had qualified opinions for 3 consecutives years according to the  provision at Point 1 Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
