Decision on the stock remains under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 902/QD-SGDHN dated August 20, 2024, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: An Truong An Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: ATG
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The company has non-negative equity in the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024
- Other reasons: The auditor had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023 but the company has not any remedies.
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c Clause 1 and Point a Clause 5 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, An Truong An Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On August 20, 2024, HNX announces the status of An Truong An Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ATG) as follows:
 - ATG shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 902/QD-SGDHN dated August 20, 2024 due to the auditor had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023 but the company has not any remedies according to the  provision at Point c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
