- Effective date: 27/08/2024
- Reason: The profit after tax 2022 and 2023 is negative
- Ground for review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 and Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c and d Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

- VE8 shares are under alert under Decision No. 390/QD-SGDHN dated 15/04/2024 as the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 is negative and the auditor gave qualified opinions to the Corporation's Audited Financial Statements 2023.
- VE8 shares are under supervision under Decision No. 920/QD-SGDHN dated 22/08/2024 because the accumulated loss exceeds the Corporation's paid-up charter capital in the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024; the owner's equity in the Reviewed Semi-annual FS 2024 is negative and profit after tax of 2022 and 2023 is negative
