MBB: Transfer of Ownership for 10,599,512 shares

According to document No. 4634/UBCK-PTTT dated 25/07/2024 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the dossier of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank for ownership transfer of MBB shares, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce completion of ownership transfer of  10,599,512 shares from 140 employees to the Trade Union of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank
