ND2: Closing the shareholder list to pay 20% cash dividend for fiscal year 2023

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 20%/share (2,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 16/10/2024
- Execution place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive 20% divident for fiscal year 2023 at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive 20% divident for fiscal year 2023 at North Electricity Development And Investment Joint Stock Company No 2 on working days from 16/10/2024 and ID cards, passbooks have to be presented at addresses as follows:
(1) Address 1: Finance and Planning Department at Hanoi Office, 7th floor, Vinaconex Diamond Tower building, 459C Bach Mai, Truong Dinh ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi
(2) Address 2: Finance and Planning Department at the Company's Head Office: San Bang Village, Ban Vuoc Commune, Bat Xat District, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 18/09/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
