DGW: Payment of 2023 cash dividend and share dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. Payment of 2023 cash dividend
- Execution rate: 5% per share (owning 1 share receives 500 VND)
- Execution time: 25/09/2024
- Execution venue:  to be announced later
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will have to complete procedures to receive cash dividends at the headquarters of Digiworld Corp. 15th floor, Etown Central building, No. 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays) starting from September 25, 2024 and present their citizen identification card.
b. Payment of 2023 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 30% (shareowners owning 100 shares receives 30 new shares)
- Rounding and handling of fractional shares (if any): The number of shares received by shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest unit, fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 196 shares, with the exercise ratio of 30%, then the number of shares shareholder A receives is 196*30/100 = 58.8 shares. According to the above rounding principle, the number of new shares shareholder A receives is 58 shares, the odd number of 08 shares will be canceled.
- Execution venue:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will have to complete procedures to receive cash dividends at the headquarters of Digiworld Corp. 15th floor, Etown Central building, No. 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays) starting from September 25, 2024 and present their citizen identification card.
DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email with diginal signature). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 18/09/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
