Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 971/QD-SGDHN dated September 09, 2024, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: CMISTONE Viet Nam JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CMI
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The company had negative owner equity in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024;
- Other reason: The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, CMI must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.356/GD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024

CMI shares remains under trading restriction according to Decision No. 971/QD-SGDHN dated September 09, 2024 because it had negative owner equity in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 and The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed in Point a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
