HSA: Decision on the stock remains under suspended trading

Following Decision No. 977/QD-SGDHN dated 11/092024, HNX announces the following stock remains under suspended trading as follow:
- Issuer: Hestia Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: HSA
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023 and Official dispatch No. 5610/UBCK-GSĐC dated September 4, 2024 of the State Securities Commission
- Reason:  The company seriously violated its obligation to disclose information.
- Applicable law(s): Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under suspended trading as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, HSA must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
