Cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting on the record date 02/05/2024 according to dispatch No. 2922/CNVSDC-DK.NV dated 22/04/2024 of CNVSDC. 
Reason: The issuer changes the plan to organize the 2024 Annual General Meeting
