     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 100:24,9819 (each shareholder who owns 01 share is entitled to 01 rights, every 100 rights equate 24.9819 new shares).
         - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be disposed of and not issued.
Example: Shareholder A owns 500 shares at the record date. At the exercise rate of 100:24,9819, Shareholder A will receive 500 x 24,9819/100 = 124,9095 shares. The number of shares received by Shareholder A is 124 while the 0.9095 fraction will be disposed of.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the aforementioned.
