MCH: Postal ballot and additional payment of 2023 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. postal ballot
- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 10-11/2024
- Meeting venue: at the Company's Head Office: no.23 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1,  Ho Chi Minh city
- Meeting agenda: approval of issues within the authority of the General meeting including but not limited to advance payment of 2024 dividend and other issues within the authority of the general meeting (if any)
b. Payment of 2023 residual cash dividend
- Payment rate: 168%/share (16,800 VND per share) 
- Payment time: 04/10/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting Department of Masan Consumer Corporation, Level 8, MPlaza Saigon Building, 39 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City on working days (9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday ~ Friday, except holidays) from 04/10/2024.
ID cards, Certificate of share ownership, letter of introduction (for institutions) have to be presented. In case of authorization, notarized power of attorney, ID cards of the authorized person are required.
For bank transfer, shareholders are requested to fulfill the Request for bank transfer in accordance with the format uploaded on the website https://www.masanconsumer.com and send to the Company.
