Following Decision No. 996/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: AMV
- Effective date: 23/9/2024
- Reason: The company was late in submitting the Reviewed Seperate and Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024 over 15 days since due date.
- Other reason: Undistributed Profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative and the auditor has qualified opinions to Consolidated Financial Statements 2023.
- Applicable law(s): Point g and c, Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
