- SRA shares are under alert under Decision No. 1001/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 as the Company is late in disclosing the Reviewed separate and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 semi-annual period more than 15 working days from the deadline for information disclosure; the auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024

- Reason: The company was late in submitting the Reviewed Seperate and Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024 over 15 days since due date.
- Other reason:  the auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024
- Applicable law(s): Point c and g, Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
