CPH: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for postal ballot

Pursuant to the notice no. 70/2024/CV-CPH dated 20/09/2024 of Haiphong Funeral Services Joint Stock Company (securities code: CPH) on cancelling the list of shareholders on the record date 17/09/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, the record date 17/09/2024 in accordance with Notice no.3565/TB-VSDC dated 05/09/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: In order for the Company to ensure time for seeking opinions from major shareholders, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, Haiphong Funeral Services Joint Stock Company changed the time of postal ballot
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
