     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 10:3 (On the record date for shareholders exercising their rights, shareholders owning 01 share will have 1 right to receive shares, for every 10 rights they will receive 03 newly issued shares)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit:
The number of additional shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest unit, the decimal fraction (if any) will be canceled
For example: Shareholder A owns 109 shares on the record date. With the right exercise ratio of 10:3, shareholder A will receive (109/10)*3=32.7 new shares. According to the above principle, shareholder A will receive 32 new shares, the fractional number of 0.7 shares will be canceled
