NNT: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 788/TB-CNNT dated 25/09/2024 of Ninh Thuan Water Supply Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 25/03/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 29/08/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1584/TB-CNVSDC dated 13/08/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The State capital owner (People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province) of NNT has not yet commented on the loan plan to participate in the auction of Ca Na - Phuoc Nam Water Supply Plant and Son Hai Water Supply System. The Board of Directors plans to hold an extraordinary General Meeting later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
