Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 1061/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024,HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: PVH
- Base of review: Review Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: the auditor give a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2023;
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, PVH must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.639/GD-SGDHN dated 06/06/2024

Notice of stock status
On October 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PVH) as follows:
- PVH shares are put on alert according to Decision No.733/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason(s) the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders when the fiscal year ends according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed at Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- PVH shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.1061/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024 due to the reason(s) because the company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2024 for over 45 days; the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed in Points b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
