KTT: Decision on stock under trading restriction

Following Decision No. 1086/QD-SGDHN dated 7/10/2024, HNX announces the status to move the stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The listed organization was late in submitting Semi-annual financial statement 2024 for more than 45 days over the due date.
- Effective date: 09/10/2024
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Section 1, Article 39 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Member Board of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
-  This Decision supersedes Decision No. 955/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.
