KTT: Notice of the stock status

On 07/10/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of KTT shares as follows:
-  KTT shares are put under alert status according to Decision No. 994/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024, because the listed organization has negative undistributed profit after tax in audited financial statement 2022.
-  KTT shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1086/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024, because the listed organization was late in submitting Semi-annual financial statement 2024 for more than 45 days over the due date.
-  KTT shares are maintain under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1087/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024, because the Company violated continuously regulations on information disclosure on stock market after being put under trading restriction, specially was late in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024, and the Company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 06 months since due date.
