DAG: Transferring registration, depository data of DAG shares from HOSE to UPCOM

- Total number of registered securities: 60,314,112 shares
- Total value of registered securities: 603,141,120,000 VND
From 22/10/2024, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of DAG shares from HOSE to UPCOM on VSDC's system.
Reason: Shares of Dong A Plastic Joint Stock Company are delisted on HOSE in accordance with the Decision no.582/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 15/10/2024 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange and are not cancelled the status of a public company subject to trading registration on UPCOM in accordance with provisions of Article 133, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government.
