Decision on being under continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 1127/QD-SGDHN dated October 21, 2024 superseding Decision No. 543/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DTE stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Another reason: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Dai Truong Thanh Holdings Energy Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On October 21, 2024, HNX announces the status of Dai Truong Thanh Holdings Energy Investment Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DTE) as follows:
- DTE shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1127/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024 due to the reason that the company is late in submitting reviewed Semi-Financial Statement 2024 and audited Financial Statement 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- DTE shares are under alert according to Decision No. 747/QD-SGDHN dated 09/7/2024 as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange due to the reason that according to point 2 Article 139 of Law on Enterprise, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year.
