HAI: Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction

Following Decision No. 1123/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HAI stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The company is late in submitting its audited semi-annual financial report for 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed.
- Other reason: The company is late in submitting the audited 2023 financial statements and the reviewed 2023 semi-annual financial statements more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure; The company has not held an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 years.
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point b, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
