LTG: Decision on being put under trading restriction

Following Decision No. 1120/QD-SGDHN dated October 21, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of LTG stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Effective date: 24/10/2024
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
