HTP: Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 1139/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HTP stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The company is late in submitting its audited semi-annual financial report for 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed.
- Other reason: The company is late in submitting its audited 2023 financial statements more than 45 days after the deadline for information disclosure.
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.

On 21/10/2024, HNX announces the status of Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HTP) as follows:
- HTP shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason The company is late in submitting the audited 2023 financial statements and the reviewed 2024 semi-annual financial statements more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure at Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
