IBC: Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 1124/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of IBC stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The company is late in submitting its audited semi-annual financial report for 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed.
- Other reason: The company is late in submitting its audited 2023 financial statements more than 45 days after the deadline for information disclosure.
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.

Notice of stock status:
On 21/10/2024, HNX announces the status of Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: IBC) as follows:
- IBC shares are being put on alert due to the reasons the company has not yet held the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- IBC shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason The company is late in submitting the audited 2023 financial statements and the reviewed 2024 semi-annual financial statements more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure at Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- IBC shares are put under trading suspension due to the reason the company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations at Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
