Decision on being put under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 1122/QD-SGDHN dated October 21, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SGS) stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Effective date: 24/10/2024 (October 24, 2024)
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On October 21, 2024, HNX announced the status of Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SGS) as follows: SGS shares are under trading restriction from 24/10/2024 (October 24, 2024) due to the reason that the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure according to the provisions at Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
