Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 1126/QD-SGDHN dated October 21, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TBH stock as follows:
-  Base of review: Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year; the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2022, 2023 for more than 45 days; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2020;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, General Department Store Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 786/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024

Notice of stock status
On October 21, 2024, HNX announces the status of General Department Store Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TBH) as follows: 
- TBH shares are under continued trading restriction following to Decision No. 1126/QD-SGDHN dated October 21, 2024 due to the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2022, 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2020; the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year according to the provisions at Point a, b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TBH shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 569/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024 due to the Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; belongs to the case in Point e, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
