Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 1132/QD-SGDHN dated October 21, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of POM stock as follows:
- Base of review: Review Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2024 for over 45 days.
- Reason for other trading restriction: The company belongs to the cases of mandatory delisting according to Point I Section 1 Artcile 120 of Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Points b, e Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Pomina Steel Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.501/QD-SGDHN dated May 22, 2024.

Notice of stock status
 
On October 21, 2024, HNX announces the status of Pomina Steel Corporation’s shares (stock code: POM) as follows:
- POM shares are put on alert according to Decision No.736/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason(s) the company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2024 for over 45 days; it belongs to the cases of mandatory delisting according to Point I Section 1 Artcile 120 of Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government as prescribed at Points b, e Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- POM shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.736/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 because the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
