KHL: Decision on administrative sanctions

On 24/10/2024, Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC announced Decision No. 420/QD-XPHC dated 17/10/2024 of Inspector - State Securities Commission of Vietnam on administrative sanctions for failure to appoint a corporate governance in accordance with the law and failure to (re)register the person authorized to disclose information and failure to issue regulations on information disclosure.
