KLB: Change in personnel

Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Kim Minh Tuan and Mr. Nguyen Chi Hieu have been appointed Independent Member of the BOD for the rest of the term 2023-2027 with effect since 26/10/2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Phuong and Mr. Dao Ngoc Hai have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the rest of the term 2023-2027 with effect since 26/10/2024;
- Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang has resigned from Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2027 with effect since 26/10/2024;
- Mr. Vu Pham Thai Ha has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2027 with effect since 26/10/2024.
